Requests for expert service electronically

The Ministry of Justice has announced the start of receiving requests for expert service electronically, after the issuance of the new amended Expertise System No. 22 of 2020; For the accreditation of experts before the statutory courts, and sort them from the Technical Committee for the purpose of placement with accreditation by the Council for the Regulation of Experience Affairs.

Minister of Justice Bassam Al-Talhouni said that this electronic service “comes as part of the efforts of the Ministry of Justice to automate its services in cooperation with the USAID-funded project on the rule of law project to enable experts to submit their accreditation requests through the electronic services portal, so that the ministry prepares an electronic database that includes Conditions and criteria required for the accreditation of experts

He stressed that this service aims to “organize the accreditation of experts before the regular courts by institutionalizing procedures and criteria for accrediting experts to enable judicial authorities to reach them, to speed up the procedures for litigation, and to achieve justice.”
